Super billion will issue refunds to customers in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this policy.
Customers may request a refund in the following circumstances:
The customer receives an item that does not match the order.
Super-billion is unable to fulfil or ship an ordered item.
The order is cancelled before shipment after payment has already been received.
Super-billion reviews and approves the refund request as an exceptional case.
For an incorrect item, the customer must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date shown in the shipping carrier’s tracking information.
The customer must return the incorrect item according to the instructions provided by Super-billion.
The returned item must remain in its original condition and must not have been used, cut, altered, assembled, installed, or damaged.
All accessories, packaging, product labels, and complimentary items must be returned together with the product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions of this policy, we will issue a full refund for the affected item.
When the error is caused by Super billion, the customer will receive a full refund for the incorrect item.
Any applicable shipping fees paid by the customer may also be refunded if we confirm that the error was caused by Super-billion and the request meets the conditions of this policy.
Discounts, vouchers, reward points, promotional credits, or other benefits used for the order may not be refundable in cash. Their reimbursement will be subject to the terms of the relevant system or service provider.
Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method. Where this is not possible, Super-billion and the customer may agree to use another refund method, such as:
Credit or debit card
Bank transfer
Online payment service
Another method specified by Super-billion
The customer may be required to provide information necessary to process the refund, such as the account holder’s name, bank account details, or proof of payment.
Once a refund request has been approved, Super billion will process the refund within 7–14 business days.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
For credit or debit card refunds, the refunded amount may appear on a subsequent billing statement, depending on the card issuer’s processing schedule.
Super billion reserves the right to reject a refund request in the following circumstances:
The customer changes their mind after the order has been shipped.
The customer orders the wrong product, model, size, color, or quantity.
The customer submits the request more than 7 days after delivery.
The item has been used, cut, altered, assembled, or installed.
The item is damaged due to the customer’s use, handling, or storage.
The customer does not return the item according to the instructions provided by Super-billion.
The customer cannot provide proof of purchase, proof of payment, or evidence of the item received.
Minor differences in color or appearance are caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of the material.
The amount relates to fees charged by a bank, card issuer, or third-party payment service provider that are outside Super-billion’s control.
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
If payment has already been received and the cancellation request is approved, Super-billion will refund the amount actually received. Any non-refundable payment processing fees charged to Super-billion by a payment service provider may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled for a refund unless the case qualifies under our Return and Refund Policy.
Super billion reserves the right to review the relevant information and supporting evidence and to consider each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
A refund will be processed only after Super-billion has confirmed that the request meets the conditions stated in this policy.
