Super billion provides shipping services within Thailand and internationally.
Orders within Thailand will be shipped using one of the following carriers:

Shopee Express
Customers cannot select the shipping carrier. Super-billion will choose the most suitable carrier based on the delivery area, parcel size, and other relevant factors.
Bangkok and surrounding areas: 1–2 business days
Other provinces: 3–4 business days
The estimated delivery time begins after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delivery estimates do not include public holidays, carrier holidays, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, high parcel volumes, remote delivery areas, or the carrier’s operations.
International orders will be shipped through Thailand Post using the ePacket service.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and the local postal service.
Any import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided through the applicable notification channel.
Please ensure that the recipient’s name, address, telephone number, and postal code are complete and correct before confirming your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or result in the parcel being returned.
